• Why do your socks have names?
We named all of our socks because we wanted to provide you with an additional reminder about how fearless, bold, happy, love, etc you are while you are on your journey to becoming the best version of you. We know it is hard at times to take on each challenge and knowing when you slip on your fearless Pride Socks, you remind yourself, you can take on the day and anything in its way to chasing your dreams.
• What kind of payments do you take?
We accept PayPal, Amazon and credit card purchases processed via PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Master, Discover and American Express. PayPal is a secure server, making it safe and easy to process your payment. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card!
• What is your return policy?
If there is any problem with your order and wish to return your unused socks, shirts or any other product with the tags still attached, please place your Pride Socks in the original packaging and cross out your name and address and write return to sender. You may be charged by USPS for postage. We will issue you a full refund minus the shipping and handling. Please email us before returning any item, in hopes we can resolve the problem!
• When will my order ship?
We typically ship the day of or next day. You will receive a shipment confirmation (check your spam) when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. Please be sure your shipping information is written out correctly at the time of check out. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items sent to the wrong address or for items showing delivered via tracking.
• Can I order from another country?
Yes you can- we ship world wide! We love knowing people all over the world are rocking their Pride Socks! Pride Socks is not responsible for custom fees.
• What are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Pricing and Billing
• Do I have to pay sales tax?
You only have to pay sales tax if you are located in the same state as our warehouse, Texas.
• I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
Log in into your account and you can find your invoice there.
• When will my credit appear on my account if a refund was issued?
Credits usually take 3-5 business days from the time we receive your item(s).
• When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your item(s).
• How do I use a coupon?
There will be a coupon section in your check out page.
• Do you offer wholesale?
Of course we do! The more people who rock their Pride Socks, the better. Of course you need to be a businesses with a resale license. If you are interested please fill out the wholesale form found here.
